Hands down my favorite place to go for my leafy needs. I've been rushed and made to feel unwelcome in several other establishments but have never had a single negative interaction here. The customer service is unbeatable, the people are friendly, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. It almost feels like they are excited to see me when I enter..: that's the kind of experience we all hope for but rarely find.
On one occasion I was having a really really bad day and fighting back tears and the cashier went out of his way to make me feel better. Such lovely people.
When choosing between a closer dispensary or this one; we always decide to make the longer drive to North Shore Cannabis because they are simply the best. We choose North Shore Cannabis for the experience… we love the staff so much. Thanks so much guys!

Nice clean store, good selection and friendly staff! I was helped by Dan the last time I stopped by, very knowledgeable with some great recommendations based on what was looking for :)
I absolutely love coming to North Shore Cannabis and a huge part of that is the incredible staff. Especially Dexter!
Dexter is seriously one of the best budtenders I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. He is very knowledgeable about every product in the store from the newest strains and concentrates to the different edible and drink options. What really sets him apart is his genuine enthusiasm and his willingness to go the extra mile.
He took the time to ask about my preferences and what I was hoping to achieve. He gave me thoughtful recommendations that were perfectly suited to my needs and budget. I felt informed and confident in my choices.
Thanks to Dexter, I walked away with exactly what I needed and learned a lot in the process. If you're visiting North Shore Cannabis, do yourself a favour and ask for Dexter! He's truly a gem!
