Sharing the experience with Sebastian who was very kind and helpful after several bad experiences with the lady mentioned in other reviews. I was having the worst day but he was kind enough to be patient. Offered me tissues and didn't rush to attend the rest of the line. I genuinely hope to see many step up like Sebastian
The black lady at the service counter was so rude to me. My friend passed away that day and I couldn't control my tears, even another employee handed me a tissue but for some reason I had the rudest encounter ever like so inconsiderate. I thought it was just me but now I know there are many. I am deliberately gonna refuse service from her just so that I don't have my day and mood ruined by inconsiderate stranger.
I've now had 3 extremely rude encounters with the black female cannabis consultant, I'm a black male myself. And I waited until the 3rd experience to write this. She's very hostile. If she can't find something, she'll snarl and grunt at you, never a please or thank you. I always come in there happy and courteous to all the staff, but this one in particular I don't know how she still has a job dealing with the public.
I just came in today at 12pm and had a horrible customer service experience at this location. The black female staff was extremely passive aggressive and had a rude tone towards me just because I couldn't remember the exact name of the product I usually buy. She was clearly impatient and getting annoyed, and instead of being helpful she just lead me to their list of products and walked away, which at that point I'm glad she did considering how rude she was acting towards me. Will not be returning, and I suggest she receive some better customer service training.

of the real ID. Check various security features" female budtender seems like she hates her job or doesn't care enough—maybe cause it's a government union role and she knows she's protected.
I had my IDs ready for her and tried handing it to her with a smile and right away she said "put it on the counter i'm not touching that i don't know where it's been or where your wallet's been". I was so shocked but I wasn't dealing with the attitude and the implication that I was dirty... I didn't want to cause drama as I had come from driving my mom from the hospital. I asked to be helped by someone else and I went to another budtender and after trying to just ignore her she told her colleague that i was being dramatic over the way she said that she wasn't touching my IDs, I said no that isn't the case and that she was implying I was dirty and it was rude, and that i didn't want to have that conversation because I just came from taking my mom to the hospital. she told me, "she'll live." absolutely atrocious costumer service and seems everyone thinks so as well. I see many reviews and I bet it's the same person. It literally says in SIR to hold that ID. I have to do the same thing in my job....
seriously don't know what her issue is. clearly she has some problems in her personal life and some insecurities where she feels the needs to be hostile towards customers and ..
