| page 23 of SIR says "Hold the ID in your hand. Do not let the patron flash it at you. Check if the ID is a copy of the real ID. Check various security features" female budtender seems like she hates her job or doesn't care enough—maybe cause it's a government union role and she knows she's protected. I had my IDs ready for her and tried handing it to her with a smile and right away she said "put it on the counter i'm not touching that i don't know where it's been or where your wallet's been". I was so shocked but I wasn't dealing with the attitude and the implication that I was dirty... I didn't want to cause drama as I had come from driving my mom from the hospital. I asked to be helped by someone else and I went to another budtender and after trying to just ignore her she told her colleague that i was being dramatic over the way she said that she wasn't touching my IDs, I said no that isn't the case and that she was implying I was dirty and it was rude, and that i didn't want to have that conversation because I just came from taking my mom to the hospital. she told me, "she'll live." absolutely atrocious costumer service and seems everyone thinks so as well. I see many reviews and I bet it's the same person. It literally says in SIR to hold that ID. I have to do the same thing in my job.... seriously don't know what her issue is. clearly she has some problems in her personal life and some insecurities where she feels the needs to be hostile towards customers and .. | ||
