Doing business for couple of years....
Horrible customer service, reached out over 4 months ago over email regarding product reports for their flavour beast and allo products. No response. Reached out again No response. Called in and I was assured they will send me the product report asap, Once again no response. Emailed again and no response. Called and I was assured this time they will 100% send it within the next day. But guess what? once again no response. Highly recommend getting your products straight from pacific smoke as its cheaper and they actually respond. Cheers
I opened my store a couple weeks ago and have tried many distributors. MAQ is the best I have dealt with yet. I would HIGHLY recommend MAQ DISTRIBUTORS A++++
Wonderful distribution plant. Great people to work with for supplies. Quick delivery and best part is their sales rep Ashley. Always there to answer calls and flexible according to customer's need. All in all Maq is one stop supplier for all our inventory.
Great distribution! Walked in and was immediately greeted by ash and was given a tour. Would happily shop here if supplying my store/retail outlet!
