| Horrible customer service, reached out over 4 months ago over email regarding product reports for their flavour beast and allo products. No response. Reached out again No response. Called in and I was assured they will send me the product report asap, Once again no response. Emailed again and no response. Called and I was assured this time they will 100% send it within the next day. But guess what? once again no response. Highly recommend getting your products straight from pacific smoke as its cheaper and they actually respond. Cheers | ||
