I am writing this review to warn others about Pulsar Shop's lack of customer service and product support.
Pulsar's DL6 is seriously flawed not worth your money. I have had 2 of them and after a month or two they die. It is not an issue with the pins, the entire unit dies.
I reported it to customer service and provided a one time replacement but that died a month later. These people showed great ingenuity in designing the DL6 to be secretive but they forgot to support the product after. When the second one failed they totally blew me off.
A reputable company would want to know the problem, would want the bad one back to investigate the issue. But not these guys. I think they know they put a piece of crap out and they can't afford to make them right.
Do not waste your money on products from Pulsar Shop, they do not care about their customers at all.
I bought a DL Pipe from a random shop near me. I used it for less than a week before it shut off and would not turn back on. I assumed I was just out the money and would have to buy a new one because I didnt get a receipt but emailed customer support as a last ditch effort. Within 6 hours, Monica had a new battery being shipped to my house with just a screenshot of the purchase in my bank account. I love this battery and will be buying more Pulsar products!
Amazing products and even better customer service. I had a warranty claim that was handled same day in less than 4 hours. Which to me is amazing. An absolute pleasure to order with this company and its associates.
Been buying their stuff for awhile now but they really showed why I'll always be a customer when I just got a pulsar glow in the dark rok because it's glow in the dark but my military ptsd screwed up the very first day and my hands snapped the disc percolator and I really wanted the green percolator they said they didn't sell them anymore but they looked and at least found one that will work for me not rude anything willing to go the extra mile to help out means everything between pulsar and Dr dabber best in the world and definitely get the pulsar sipper wet edition things a beast with carts diamonds and wax I really got it for the carts it's the best idea yet surprisingly only 200 it hits awesome I've got all the new big devices but the what device does carts like a bong???? the pulsar sipper as a weed connoisseur only the best specific devices I'm a bit picky 🤣 too lady that helped me was Monica she's awesome 😎😎😎😎😎
I will like to recommend pulsar vaper apx and upgrades they are so light, soft to handle, great ceramic material for long lasting, and the best customer service.
They have replace my two month used device without even hesitate!
