| I am writing this review to warn others about Pulsar Shop's lack of customer service and product support. Pulsar's DL6 is seriously flawed not worth your money. I have had 2 of them and after a month or two they die. It is not an issue with the pins, the entire unit dies. I reported it to customer service and provided a one time replacement but that died a month later. These people showed great ingenuity in designing the DL6 to be secretive but they forgot to support the product after. When the second one failed they totally blew me off. A reputable company would want to know the problem, would want the bad one back to investigate the issue. But not these guys. I think they know they put a piece of crap out and they can't afford to make them right. Do not waste your money on products from Pulsar Shop, they do not care about their customers at all. | ||
