I've been using your tubes and tobacco for 18 years. The past 6 months the tubes filters are too short!! I'm wasting my money! What is going on? Can't you fix the problem? You can't make a cigarette with the short filter! Please fix the problem... Thanks
I've been using the premier red tubes. Tubes are all garbage lately! 😡.. you can't even draw through them!! Really pissed about it.
Probably nicotine withdrawal too!
I don't like the boxes that the tubes come in are to flimsy a lot of the tubes are damaged and e lot of the tubes are damaged I've used Gambler for years but it's starting to be a pain in the butt it needs to be a stronger box so please upgrade the boxes
Smoker friendly tobacco has big chunks of like bark and wood in it I pay for tobacco not firewood. This is ridiculous even for a pipe.
Fails as consumer provider 3/5. Filters burn. Can start mattress fires...
Filter should not burn nor insulating filter.
May all future generations know 0 tobacco product!
