| I've been using Gambler Tube Cut tobacco for over 15 years. Here within the past few years I have come across bags that are not a good cut of tobacco. They might as well be tobacco from the floor. They were replacing the bags for me if I mailed them the bad bags. The last time this happened they told me they would not replace the bags and that they couldn't help me. They made it seem like it was my fault and that I don't know what I am talking about. They said they investigated the issue and found nothing wrong but if that was the case I wouldn't be buying trashy bags still. I received horrible customer service this past time. | ||
