I've been using Atmos vapes for many years with very good results, but recently I bought one that stopped working after 6 months of normal use. Since it was still under warrantee, I contacted customer support, confident that I'd be able to get a replacement. Unfortunately, the rep was unable to help me at all, and tried to accuse me of not using the product properly, even after I told her that I'd been using these same vapes for many years with the same herb with no problems at all besides the plastic around the mouthpiece eventually cracking due to the high heat, which I consider to be normal wear and tear. She eventually offered a replacement at half price plus shipping, but this was totally unacceptable to me. A $140 vape should work for more than 6 months without me having to pay to replace it! I called twice and both times was promised a callback that never happened. DO NOT buy anything from these people. They are pedaling defective merchandise and their warrantee and customer service are totally worthless.
AtmosNation truly operates as a government, with regard to customer service. Apparently, all concerns are equalized and lowered in value, with radical avoidance of any sort of conflict.
The net result of this cynical worldview toward customer service is essentially the browbeating of customers until they conform to their wishes and control.
It's abusive and wrong and AtmosNation needs to be called out on it.
You can go in there and find what you need and get out pretty quick fast service bought a gift for a friend and it was quite easier than I thought coming to this place
Bought the Greedy 2 last year. Found it and started using it again. That's why I put it away. It leaks my wax everywhere not to mention it wastes it!!!
Nano prime's are always my go to! They go out the door and don't come back in! A brick and mortar store's best scenario.
