I've been using Atmos vapes for many years with very good results, but recently I bought one that stopped working after 6 months of normal use. Since it was still under warrantee, I contacted customer support, confident that I'd be able to get a replacement. Unfortunately, the rep was unable to help me at all, and tried to accuse me of not using the product properly, even after I told her that I'd been using these same vapes for many years with the same herb with no problems at all besides the plastic around the mouthpiece eventually cracking due to the high heat, which I consider to be normal wear and tear. She eventually offered a replacement at half price plus shipping, but this was totally unacceptable to me. A $140 vape should work for more than 6 months without me having to pay to replace it! I called twice and both times was promised a callback that never happened. DO NOT buy anything from these people. They are pedaling defective merchandise and their warrantee and customer service are totally worthless.
