| This company does not know what customer service is, I have been trying to get in contact with someone here for 2 months about a refund. They have ignored all my emails and even my twitter messages. Disgraceful behavior from this company, please spend your hard earned money anywhere else. Storz & Bickel do not deserve the time of day let alone the money in your wallet. | ||

| Ordered a Crafty+, and friend, spouse and I get profound headaches that last for days after each use. It does not matter what strain we use, how much is inhaled or what the temperature it is set at. Headaches that last for literal days. Storz and Bickel has stated they will not take an opened product as a return. I feel cheated, and this is not the service or experience I was at all expecting. The only way this could be made right is to refund my money, and that thus far has not happened. | ||
