| They replaced my faulty Crafty with another faulty unit and now refuse to replace it because it´s not on warranty! Very disapointting customer services, I have 3 vapes from them, 2 are broken, they loosing a lot of credibility nowadays, just holding on to an aged concept vapes whilst the competition is bringging new improved and a lot more "good looking" vapes. | ||
