Christine, the lead shift supervisor, is such a wonderful, helpful, and empathetic person. She is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to get to know her customers. I don't shop often, but she always recognizes me, remembers what I like, and knows exactly what to suggest. She has such a bubbly, happy personality and is incredibly easy to get along with. This is exactly why I prefer RARE over other dispensaries—the whole team shares that same friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable attitude. Christine is genuinely one of the nicest people you could meet! 😊
A great suprise to find that the delivery service existed. After a long day and forgetting a pit stop at the shop. The rare team and mandy the delivery driver were quick and very friendly thanks again rare team and mandy
Great prices even when you're not a member. The staff is super chill! And i LOVE that they have little books of their menus at tables so its super easy to order :)
I'm new to weed and been experimenting with drinks so I was nervous at first but the staff here has always been so helpful and kind. They have an amazing selection of drinks and unlike other shops in Airdrie they do not lock certain flavors behind a paid membership which was very disappointing and made me feel weird. Wonderful experiences and will be making this the place I shop going forward.
Great mix of products that aren't available at other companies. But by far the staff and experience is the best. All oof the employees are fantastic and Sarah has been top notch and bang on every time. The best budtender in the west. Every budtender has great knowledge and recommendations are perfect for the way you want to go.
