| I've worked with HBI Canada for a number of years now with my very first Sales Associate, Kasha and now Sales Manager, Ashley. Both of them are wonderful to work with.
I do not have any problem with my orders, but if I do, they are easily taken care of right away with politeness and professionalism.
I fully understand the ordering and fulfillment process for a big company such as HBI. They are not some companies who has robots to do the job. HBI has actual people to pick and pack the orders. So I always give them lead times when ordering.
