I have been going to the burb on Broadway for about 7 months. It was good service and a positive experience. The manager even befriended me and we became close friends. It has really gone downhill. The manager should lead the team and he doesn't. And for customers this makes for a very confusing experience. I had an issue a couple of days ago with the managers sister who works there. I made a complaint and never heard back. I went in this morning to make a purchase only to be told I was not welcome there any longer. And to take my business somewhere else. Which I have already done. .It was a very horrible and disrespectful experience I had this morning and the change comes from the top. Hope it happens for customers sakes.
