I've been a regular customer here and, while I genuinely appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff—they are always friendly and helpful—my experience with the products has been consistently disappointing. On multiple occasions, I've purchased items only to find the containers empty upon opening. Unfortunately, when I brought this to their attention, my concerns were not resolved or compensated, which was frustrating. Additionally, I've encountered issues with product quality, including what appeared to be moldy cannabis. As customers, we work hard for our money and expect products to meet basic quality standards. While the customer service experience is positive, the reliability and quality of the products need serious improvement.
