I had an excellent experience with Rachael. Her professionalism stood out right away, she was friendly, approachable, and took the time to really understand what I was looking for. What impressed me most was her knowledge. Rachael clearly knows her products inside and out, and she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand without ever feeling overwhelming.
