BUYER BEWARE: EVERY ITEM IN THIS STORE IS FINAL SALE! THEY DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS FOR ANY REASON -- including their own error. I arrived yesterday with my receipt to exchange 2 beverages that a sales representative had incorrectly sold to my husband the evening before. The individual who approached me immediately went to the back to speak to another sales associate with my receipt. A second man then arrived from the back of the store to speak to me. The interaction began with the sales associate aggressively demanding to know why we had not returned the items, which were in perfect condition, packaged, sealed with their government-issued sticker the night before. [photos attached.] His tone was hostile. I was shocked by the tone and the response and responded by saying he had not noticed the sales associate, who had retrieved and packed the items in the back of the store (and not in front of my husband), had provided the wrong items to him until he arrived home and was unpacking the bag. The sales associate proceeded to gaslight me through the interaction with zero intention of resolving the matter in any way. He suggested we had tampered with the items. He then insisted I was being rude to him and informed me the store does not take returns for ANY item after it has left the store. It became clear he was the sales associate who had made the error in the first place when I arrived home and spoke to my husband and told him about the outrageous customer ..
