This is a new local shop I wanted to support. The past several visits I've come in and walked out with no product. They don't have stock. To avoid coming in and leaving empty handed I decided to call prior to the visit. The phone number on google and on their website says the number is out of service. I go to the shop. I let the salesperson, who goes by Laurel, know I tried calling and the phone was coming up out of service. I asked what was the phone number to the shop and she did not know and told me to look it up online. — When a customer comes in and asks for contact information it might be a good idea to know the number or at least have it available. Telling a customer to google it can appear unprofessional and dismissive. — I think she couldn't understand or did not care they are losing business because their phone wasn't working. I asked if they had a phone. She points at the handset to confirm there is phone service. I suggested to check the phone line. In a rude and argumentative manner she told me she was good. — I will really need to reconsider ever going to this location again. — The original salesperson, I think her name is Jenna, she's kind and welcoming. —
