| I had a very uncomfortable experience at this store on Thursday, April 2, around 9 PM.
I have been to this store before and they usually only ask for one photo ID. This time I came with my passport and my husband also had his passport. The employee still asked for another document and made me go back home just to check if the names matched.
When I returned, I asked if he remembered what I had asked for earlier. He said yes and asked if I wanted anything else. I asked for rolling papers and he gave them to me, but he never gave me the cannabis I originally requested.
My passport was on the counter and I was already nervous and embarrassed because I had to repeat myself several times and explain that my English is not very good.
In the end I left feeling uncomfortable, and only realized at home that I never received the product I originally came to buy.
I did not like the way this situation was handled. It made me feel embarrassed and very nervous as a customer. I have bought in many other places with the same English and never had this kind of problem. Saying "paper" in a cannabis store is clearly understood as rolling papers.
Finally, I went to another store and bought it there without any problem. They only asked for my passport, just like every other place. |
