Had a terrible experience at Delta 9 due to one extremely rude employee. When I asked for a different product, she began arguing with me instead of simply helping. When I calmly pointed out that her behavior was rude, she responded by saying she was proud of it — which is honestly shocking for any customer-facing role. I would urge all South Asian customers to be aware of this before shopping here. No one should have to tolerate disrespectful treatment, and we should not spend our money where we are not made to feel welcome. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the conduct of their staff. Will not be returning.
