| I'm a regular customer at the Lucid Cannabis store near my home, and I want to highlight just how exceptional the staff and the overall atmosphere are.
The team here is consistently knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Every visit feels welcoming, and it's clear the staff genuinely care about both the store and their customers. If I owned a business, this is exactly the kind of team I'd want representing it.
One of the things that makes this location special is that it's pet-friendly. I often bring my dog with me, and the staff always greet him warmly. Staff members' dogs are sometimes there as well, but they are always kept behind a gate in the back area and never roam the store. It's very clear there are rules in place and that the team follows them. I'm not sure of the names of the two big brown dogs that are sometimes there, but they're wonderful and it's always nice to see them.
As a customer, I have never once felt uncomfortable because of the animals. It adds to the welcoming environment. The store itself is always spotless — impressively clean every single time I visit. If pets ever do make a mess (which can happen anywhere animals are allowed), the staff clearly handle it immediately because I've never seen or smelled anything unpleasant. The store always smells exactly like a cannabis store should. The welcoming staff, and pet-friendly atmosphere are why I choose this location instead of going anywhere else as there are plenty of options nearby. .. |
