Usually I adore this store, the employees are all LOVELY and so helpful, but today I went in and asked for Chemsicle (sativa) and he gave me Chemzilla (indica). He didn't confirm before making me pay and I made it home before realizing because I've never had issues there before. I went back and told him and he seemed so uninterested and gave the most half-hearted apology while I bought a new sativa; didn't even look at me, just quietly said it as he turned to walk to the back. Confirm the item before making someone pay, and have the decency to feel a little bad about your mistakes. I wasted $40 on a new sativa that I didn't have to spend.
