| I love their products. Unfortunately, one of the bases on the vape had connection issues that could not be fixed. I had my receipt so I contacted them via their website. They asked me to fill out a warranty claim, I did. They then said they'd replace the base and "give me a little something for the trouble". Withing a few days I had a new vape base and their "little something" was incredible! I was shocked and beyond happy!
So in short, if you keep your receipt, and fill out the warranty, they stand behind their products and treat their customers amazingly!! Thank you Pulsar! Great customer service and products! |
