| This Okotoks store has gone down hill, I used to like going to this store when they had people working there that knows what the products are and can help me find what I want, the store has been closed too many times when it says it's open, should have never got rid of the one person I would be happy to see because she was always knowledgeable and very respectful towards customers, AKA (Sara). This is coming from someone who has worked in the cannabis industry, you need to know what your selling to be able to help people find what they are looking for, not what you think they need....just poor management who hire unknowledgeable people to work at this store I guess. |
