| We visited True North today and asked for infused pre-rolls. The employee at the counter responded with, "There's 48 different kinds, so…" in a tone that came across as dismissive and rude, and he offered no further assistance. Rather than asking whether we prefer indica, hybrid, or sativa — or helping narrow down the options.
I mentioned I would check the website on my phone, and another staff member directed us to a tablet in the corner. To be clear, there was no one else in the store at the time, so this was not a matter of being too busy. It simply felt like there was little interest in providing customer service.
We have visited this location several times and have previously received excellent service. Staff have been knowledgeable and attentive, and Robert in particular has consistently provided outstanding customer care. That is why this experience was especially disappointing.
Ultimately, we walked out without making a purchase. With many other stores willing to provide helpful, professional service, we will be reconsidering where we choose to shop in the future. |
