| Absolutely atrocious customer service!!! If I could leave less than 1 star I would.
This is not a complaint about Plantlife Chestermere specifically, but rather their employee 'Jay' (at least that's the name he gave). I've never received such poor and disrespectful service!
I've been to Plantlife Chestermere a few times before and the service I received from their staff has been normally helpful. Not on this occasion...
I asked for help identifying some gummies I had purchased previously and Jay's response was 'Dude, if you don't know which gummies you want, I can't help you.'
So, I asked if I could see where the gummies were displayed so maybe I could identify the packet and thus identify the one I'm looking for. 'Jay's' response was 'I'm not taking out all my products in the showcase to show you.'
At which point I'm literally shocked at what I'm hearing and experiencing so I said, 'I'm just trying to get some help, and you're not being very helpful to me.'
'Jay's' response at this point was 'I don't care.'
I've tried my best to summarize the interaction to the main points to make this more concise, but in reality the experience was much worse! |
