I wish there was an option for zero stars. Terrible customer service by the girl at the counter on January 28th at 10am. I came in, greeted her, and said I had an order for pickup. I placed the order online and received an email saying it was ready for pickup and that the store would hold it for UP TO 72 hours. The lady at the counter was very dismissive and rude! As soon as I said "online order" she repeatedly just said "I don't have it". Never made an effort to check or read the email I was showing her. When she finally glanced over at my phone proving that I was right, she said "that says pickup in 72 hours" so she clearly didn't read it. She then insisted that I was at the wrong location, even though the email says otherwise. Further proving my point that she didn't even bother to read. She then repeatedly said "I. Don't. Have. It." in a condescending tone until I gave up and left. Never got my money back or my weed! People like this should not be working in customer service. It's in the name. It ruined my experience and I'm sure it would do the same for others. Never going back to the joint after this.
