| The first time I went to this store I waited for more than 5 minutes behind the ID check sign, no one came even though I called them multiple times and could hear people talking inside so I left. The second time which was yesterday I was getting a blunt for my friend who was back in our hotel. Again, me and another customer behind me waited for about 5 minutes behind the sign for someone to come in from outside and tell us she was on break and we should wait, another 5-6 minutes passed til she came back to check our ID and let us in. When I told her im looking for juicy blunt, she said "which juicy blunt? We have lots of blunts" with a patronizing tone. What kind of cannabis store employee doesn't know juicy blunt? Its a specific product - I didn't say "i want a blunt". Turns out they didn't have juicy blunt so i picked my phone up to call my friend and tell her the options, and the employee tells me that we can't make phone calls in the store either, even suspects in custody can call a lawyer but we can't apparently.
I had to wait another 5-6 minutes to pay for my blunt, when i asked to pay and leave, again with same same tone she told me that i "have to wait for my turn" because a customer was in front of me busy with another employee, although there were two sides for payment and she was done serving the customer she was busy with, it felt like the employee was trying to win an argument against me.
