in person the people who work there seem nice enough, however the online services do not seem to work. it was before 2pm when i tried to place an order and despite providing an option for delivery time (2-2:30) the system would not accept it, then stopped providing an option for delivery the same day. and apparently no one is available to answer the phone or return phone calls.
