| Well, here's another store I will NOT go again. So, I am a very honest person first of all. This morning I stopped in the store for a "cheap" bong. I asked about the bongs in the case. The lady, who I'm told is the "boss" or "manager" says, every bong we have in the store is right there. I settled on the a beautiful pink bong. She almost handed it to me and then she says oh, we have other colors in the back (1st lie). She didn't want to give me that pink one cuz she didn't want to wrap it up I think. Anyhow, I get home with a green bong and a pre roll I also got. I open box with bong, I pull out the beaker(it's fine). I pull out the bowl(fine). Then I pull out the stem. The bottom edge of it is broken right off. I go back a couple of hours later hoping that they would fix the issue I had. I came in with smiles. Talking with the same woman about the broken stem. From my car to my front door I did not drop the box. And the ride from town to where I live, the box did not fall. She wasn't even trying to hear my side at all. She kept finding reasons to make herself sound right every time I had something to say. I showed her the clean, undamaged box in the same condition she gave it to me. Then she's trying to get more money out of me by offering me to buy another stem, which I don't think was the right move on her part. All I wanted was another stem, I was not going in for a return or an exchange. I just wanted a stem 😭😄. I went in the store with no ill intent. Beware .. |
