Went in yesterday and received the worst product I've seen from a dispensary. Just a bag of stems and dryness. I went in within the same hour to try and refund / exchange it and was told they can't do anything and it was up to the manufacturer. They said I would be compensated from them. So I sent one in and was told: (Please note that refunds or exchanges are only handled at the store level (if approved) and Tweed cannot offer compensation directly.) so it seems no one is on the hook for selling garbage product. Avoid this place and tweed products
