I bought a product (a shake and puff rapid inhaler)here that I was very unsatisfied with. It ended up really bothering my throat and causing me to cough to the point of hurting(nor did it get me high, which IS something it is supposed to do). I was told that if I had any problems I could return the product with the receipt and packaging. At this point I had already bought from this location multiple times so I expected nothing but good customer service and felt safe putting my faith in this store. When I brought it back (feb 24th 1:40 pm) with the hopes of exchanging it for something that worked i was met with an extremely rude lady with very poor customer service. She told me that half the people that had used this product had similar reviews and when I questioned why they were selling something with such unsatisfactory reviews she then got frustrated and yelled at me. Very low quality work. I politely told her that she could keep the product and left it at the counter before i left. I will definitely be warning my circle of people about this place and experience. Paying $45 for something that doesnt do what you say that it does is not for me or anyone that i know.
