90% of the time this place is great, no complaints, staff is super friendly. Except multiple times now I have ordered product online, booked a SPECIFIC time to pick it up, only to find a "come back in 30 minutes" sign on the door. I get that you are understaffed, but for the love of God, stop letting me choose pick up times that are literally when you are closed!
