Would be higher if they didn't take away the binders. Technology sucks and isn't always consistent. The kiosks have been out of order almost every time I go in. Everybody likes the binders. I dont get why corporate always feels the need to change good things for something less efficient. Staff at this location are fantastic, just corporate that sucks. Also big issue woth the responses to people complaining on the reviews. Telling people "it will just take time to get use to" is actually BS. Just admit you guys are making a stupid decision that nobody likes or asked for.
