I'm writing to express a concern regarding the Chestermere Plantlife Cannabis location. Tonight, I arrived at the store at 8:00 PM, and the store was already closed. This is frustrating because it clearly states online, on your social media, and directly on the store door that the Chestermere location is open from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. This is not the first time this has happened. On multiple occasions, I have gone to this location 30 minutes to an hour before the posted closing time, only to find the store closed. This creates confusion and inconvenience for customers who rely on the advertised hours. If the store is closing earlier than 9:00 PM, the hours should be updated accordingly to avoid misleading customers. I would appreciate clarification on the actual operating hours and whether this issue will be addressed moving forward.
