I bought a cartridge about a month ago that turned out to be defective. I went in to see what could be done about it and was told to look for a receipt/packaging/statement, went back in with a statement and a different employee took my info saying they would call. 2 weeks+ went by and I didn't hear anything so I went back in to follow up and talked with Arden. She took my info and I received a call from her not even 20 minutes after leaving the store. She had everything resolved so quickly and I was able to get an exchange the next day. Thank you, Arden, for going above and beyond! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
