Huge respect to Taz. This wasn't just good customer service — this was real connoisseur knowledge. The way he explains things is calm, clear, and rooted in understanding, not hype. You can tell immediately this is someone who's actually taken the time to learn, not just memorize product names. That kind of insight is rare. What really stood out is that Taz doesn't just answer questions — he educates. He breaks things down in a way that makes sense, with patience and zero ego, and you walk away actually understanding what you're choosing and why. That's beyond retail, that's culture.
