This is top notch ,and sets the store apart from others, when it comes to environments that can be overwhelming. In other words, the shop and staff are both 'experienced' and 'beginner' friendly.
Over the last two years, it's come to feel less like a store and more as a neighbourhood fixture for visiting people who remember me and treat me like family.
