Disappointed being a customer of the Oz store for some years, quite recently they had issues with the alcohol and gaming commission regarding their point system. As a customer for years had quite a bit of points saved when they created their new system. They completely disregarded the old point system. I asked in person and was told an email would be sent out to all customers with a chance to cash out the old points this never happened I send a detailed email to their customer service department without reply.
