| Sold defective/old product and refused to make it right. Lost a long-time regular today.
I have been a loyal customer of this specific Canna Cabana for a long time, I even drive past other dispensaries just to shop here because I trusted them. That ended today.
I was sold a Tribal "Neon Sunshine" 510 cartridge that was advertised as Live Resin. Immediately out of the box, the oil was incredibly dark (clearly old or improperly stored) and it tasted foul and stale, like burning metal or plastic. This wasn't just a "preference" issue; the product was clearly compromised, likely due to a dried-out wick from sitting on the shelf too long.
I attempted to return it immediately, simply asking for an exchange for a working unit. I was refused. I even went back in a second time to explain that the coil/wick was burnt (which is a hardware defect), and they still refused to help, claiming it didn't count as a "mechanical error."
It is unacceptable to sell a premium product that is dead on arrival and then shrug your shoulders at a regular customer. If you are looking for fresh product and a store that stands behind what they sell, go somewhere else. You've lost a Local Guide and a loyal regular over a $40 cartridge. |
