Hey I really love the part where I waited over 3 hours for my Uber delivery just so you guys could mark it at delivered and not actually deliver it. This was the first time I ever ordered from you guys and it will be the last. 1 stars across the board for not managing my expectations as a customer. You could have just canceled the order. There was no reach out it was 2 hours late ontop of the already 2 hour deliver window. Awesome guys. I feel super appreciated.
