Overpriced, lack of knowledge, poor recommendations. They had one good product and now have discontinued it. I was recommended to try this 30 dollar preroll one day, with a very high THC level, and was so excited I went out to light it. (As it's happened before with cannabis NB), the joint was rolled poorly and would not burn nor pull air. When it was burning it was just burning away, you could not draw smoke in. I took the joint right back in to show them, and they said it was my problem since I had opened it. So, if their product is defective, YOU are going to pay for it, and hope that isn't your entire weed budget. It's just not worth it, I can buy a week supply of weed for what I would pay for a cannabis nb preroll that cannot be smoked.
