I usually stop by Value Buds when I'm grocery shopping because it's convenient, and they're known for being friendly and helpful. But my visit on Monday around noon was extremely disappointing. I asked the staff member for "Purple Churro" and "Sour Patch." He told me they didn't have either one. When I looked up at the board, both products were clearly listed. When I pointed it out, he didn't apologize or try to help. He just said "ok?" in a very dismissive way. I left and went to my regular store instead because the attitude made me feel unwelcome. I had grocery bags with me and I wasn't dressed up, but that shouldn't affect how customers are treated. This isn't the level of service Value Buds is known for, and it honestly tarnishes the store's reputation. I hope management sees this and addresses the customer service issues at this location. I felt so unwelcomed and judged.
