| The fact that you can not buy certain products if you're not an elite member is absolutely insane!
I don't shop at canna cabana often as I don't live in town, so it's not worth it for me to pay $35 to be an elite member.
I was however looking for a specific product and canna was the only shop in town that had it. When I got there the girls told me it was in their shipment and to come back in an hr when it's in the system to get it. Cool, no problem at all, I'll be back in an hr.
Came back, and upon trying to cash out my order, the girls inform me that I'm not an elite member therefore I can not buy the product. Trying to tell me it's an AGLC regulation and they can't sell the product at a cheaper price to do this. 🤯
First of all, I never asked for a cheaper price, I don't care the price, just sell me the product. And second, I have worked in cannabis for over 5 years, that is absolutely not an AGLC regulation. You have the product I want and literally came back just to buy, and you can't sell it to me! That's the craziest shit I have ever heard! So your going to loose a sale and a customer because I won't give you an extra $35 a year to be en elite member.
Also as someone who works in the industry, I would have done whatever to make sure my customer left happy and satisfied, especially knowing they came back an hr later specifically to buy this.
Unacceptable Canna Cabana. You have just lost a customer completely. |
