I placed a delivery order during snowy, flurry-filled conditions. While weather could make delays understandable, the store called to say my delivery would arrive on time—a call they've never made before—yet it never came. As someone with 25+ years in logistics, I know a proper delivery service should have a backup plan. Poor communication and planning; I won't be ordering here again.
