I usually stop by here because some of the staffs are wonderful and they give amazing experiences when they do serve me. but I'll have to choose a different dispensary now since I keep having poor experiences with one of the budtenders with the beard and long hair. I've been served by him in my last few visits, and last week was the final straw after another rude interaction with him when I came in last week to look for edibles. If people are buying something that's new to them, then they obviously won't have any knowledge like the staffs! Why take it further and make people feel dumb for stepping foot into your business to shop and ask questions?? I don't mind taking a longer route to shop elsewhere if it means I receive a respectful interaction. That's the bare minimum of customer service.
