Terrible 1st experience with this store today. With both management and delivery services. I ordered at 11am today. The site states deliveries take between 1 and 4 hours for my area which is fine. I realized my phone number was wrong and called to notify the store. This was 10 minutes after placing my order. The woman was very friendly and said she has changed it and too expect my delivery between 1 and 2 hours. 4 hours go by and nothing... I call back too the store and get told the delivery driver left 30 mins ago and should be there soon. An hour and a half goes by and yet again nothing... I then proceeded too call back as I have too leave the house soon. The lady said that she will call the driver and let me know. I expressed how ridiculous this was as I live only 10km away from the store. I then get a call from a man with a terrible attitude ( the manager possibly ). He angrily says the driver has been too my house "banged on the door" and called and text me multiple times. I told him I have received no call or texts and if he came too my door I would surley know as i have a dog. The manager asked if I was sure and too check my phone. Guess he thought I was lying.... I then told him I called this morning and got the woman too correct my phone number and she probably messed up and didnt do it. Instantly becomes apologetic and says the driver will be here in 20 mins. Then decides to give me a 10% discount for my next order which is completely laughable. I will not ..
