| So this review is a bit of a mix between a conversation I had with a friend that has also been a customer here.
First I'll throw out my experience, then I'll follow it up with our conversation.
I was in the need for a new 510 thread battery. I had previously owned one I liked but lost it. I searched online for someone that carried what I specifically wanted. The unipro ark, tribal pack. I like the larger 1.2 fat tanks that this battery will accept. I also like the solid build of this pack. I was able to find it online at highland cannabis. I called to verify it was in stock, and it was.
So this leads to my actual experience. I entered the store and the security guard let me in. Immediately, I was approached by a staff member. He offered assistance and immediately I told him what I was looking for. No muss, no fuss, I was in and out pretty quick. Got what I went in for and was on my way.
Now I get to the conversation with a friend. He mentioned the "rush" atmosphere. By this I mean, the feeling he gets, when he walks in the door. He felt/feels like he is rushed and doesn't feel comfortable to take the time to browse. Now, in my experience, I knew what I wanted, I was expecting a quick in and out. However, that being said, I can understand where he was coming from. I didn't feel pressured, however, having someone immediately approach me as I walk in the door would not impressed me if I was not sure what I wanted.
